Weather Conditions:
Under the influence of the UAC over West Central Bay of Bengal a Low Pressure area has developed over West Central & adjoining North West Bay of Bengal. The associated Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation extends upto 7.6 km above mean sea level.
The shear zone roughly along Latitude 16.0°N between 2.1 & 5.8 km above mean sea level persists.
The Western Disturbance as an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over northern parts of Jammu & Kashmir and neighborhood extending upto Mid-Tropospheric levels persists.
There is an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over East Uttar Pradesh & adjoining Bihar extending upto 1.5 km above mean sea level.

Any chance of rain for much awaited surendranagar ?

Sir, Reffering to the GFS model, I am not very much hopeful for good rains in the state except light rains in south gujarat.
This was till 19th. Further as you say can be forecasted later upon situations prevailing at that time.
