ગુજરાત રાજ્ય માં વરસાદી એક્ટિવિટી ઘટશે 25 થી 27 ઓગસ્ટ અને ત્યાર બાદ 28 થી 30 ઓગસ્ટ 2020 દરમિયાન વધશે

Few observations from IMD, other observations and weather parameters:
The Low Pressure Area over Southwest Rajasthan & neighborhood, now lies over Southwest Rajasthan & adjoining Sind with the associated Cyclonic Circulation extending up to 7.6 km above mean sea level tilting Southwestwards with height. The UAC of this Low is expected to drift Westwards.
A Low Pressure Area that developed yesterday over North Bay of Bengal & neighborhood, now lies as a Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the same region. The associated Cyclonic Circulation extends up to 7.6 km above mean level tilting Southwestwards with height. It is very likely to move west-northwestwards during next 3-4 days. The UAC associated with this Low will be over Madhya Pradesh as the System tracks Northeastern parts of the State.
The Axis of Monsoon Trough passes through center of Low Pressure Area over Southwest Rajasthan & adjoining areas, Churu, Narnual, Gorakhapur, Patna, Bankura, Canning and thence southeastwards to the center of Low Pressure Area over North Bay of Bengal & neighborhood.

Windy conditions expected mainly blowing from the Arabian Sea during most days of the entire Forecast period.
Today the 25th August limited areas in proximity to the System over SW Rajasthan, will get rain. Decreased rainfall activity expected over most parts of Gujarat State during the period 25th-27th August.
Possibility of Light/Medium/Heavy rain over scattered areas on some days and wide spread on other days at different locations with isolated Very Heavy rainfall during rest of the Forecast period with higher quantum on 28th/30th August. Some extreme rain centers could get cumulative more than 125 mm. during the entire forecast period.
