Good Round Of Rainfall Expected Over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat During 30th To 7th August 2020

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં તારીખ 30 જુલાઈ થી 7 ઓગસ્ટ 2020 દરમિયાન વરસાદ ના સારા રાઉન્ડ ની શક્યતા

Current Weather Conditions:

Few observations from IMD and other weather parameters:

The Axis of Monsoon trough at mean sea level passes through Ganganagar, Narnaul, Etawah, Varanasi, Patna and thence Eastwards to Nagaland across Meghalaya and South Assam.

The Cyclonic Circulation over South Coastal Andhra Pradesh & adjoining North Tamilnadu between 3.1 & 5.8 km above mean sea level tilting Southwestwards with height persists.

There is a trough from Goa Coast and nearby areas to Gujarat State and adjoining Southwest Madhya Pradesh across Konkan at 3.1 km above mean sea level.

Some Weather Parameters that will develop and affect the Rainfall during the Forecast period:

An Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation is expected to form over North east Arabian Sea and would at times come over Saurashtra/Kutch/Gujarat during the forecast period.

A System will form over North Bay of Bengal during the later parts of the forecast period and would track over land with the Associated UAC over Odisha/West Bengal.

A broad Upper Air Circulation will form from Gujarat State to Odisha/West Bengal at 3.1 km level around 5/6th August.

Another System/UAC is expected around 5th/6th August over North Bay of Bengal and subsequently located over West Bengal/Odisha. Broad Circulation is expected to form 5th/6th August connecting both the UAC at 3.1 km level. The Last scenario is more than 7 days away, so updates would be done if warranted.

IMD 700 hPa ના વિન્ડ ચાર્ટ આપેલ છે તેમાં અરબી સમુદ્ર માં એક સર્ક્યુલેશન/UAC 3.1 કિમિ ના લેવલ માં થશે જે અલગ અલગ દિવસે લોકેશન ફરશે અને ક્યારેક સૌરાષ્ટ્ર/ગુજરાત/કચ્છ નજીક/ઉપર આવે છે. બીજી સિસ્ટમ નોર્થ બંગાળ ની ખાડી આસપાસ થશે જેના અનુસંધાન નું 3.1 કિમિ ના લેવલ નું યુએસી 5મી/6ઠ્ઠી ઓગસ્ટ ના વેસ્ટ બંગાળ/ ઓડિશા અને લાગુ વિસ્તારો પર છવાશે. ઉપરોક્ત બંને યુએસી નું એક બહોળું સર્ક્યુલેશન 3.1 કિમિ ના લેવલ માં ગુજરાત થી ઓડિશા/પશ્ચિમ બંગાળ સુધી છવાશે. આ પરિસ્થિતિ ને 7 દિવસ થી વધુ વાર હોય, જરૂર જણાશે તો અપડેટ થશે.

Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch for 30th July to 7th August 2020

75% of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: Possibility Light/Medium/Heavy rain on some days at different locations with isolated very heavy rain. Cumulative rainfall during the forecast period between 35 to 75 mm total. Some heavy rain centers could get more than 100 mm. during the forecast period.

25% of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: Possibility Light/Medium rain on some days at different locations with isolated heavy rain. Cumulative rainfall during the forecast period up to 35 mm total.

This forecast period good prospects for rainfall over Gujarat Region viz. North Gujarat, East Central Gujarat & South Gujarat.
