The Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “VAYU” 235 km. South of Veraval Coast of Saurashtra, Gujarat at 04.00 pm IST.

Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “VAYU” is tracking mainly Northerly direction with a little Westwards movement today 12th June 2019. JTWC has issued Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 at 0900 UTC on 12th June 2019 for conditions of 11.30 am. IST. The wind speed on International scales is 90 knots ( 165 kms/hour on 1 minute average wind speeds basis. IMD has a 3 minutes average basis). The Central pressure reported is 961 millibars. Location of the System is Lat. 18.7N & Long. 70.0E  at 04.00 pm IST on 12th June 2019. Wave height near the System Center is about 8.5 Meters.

આ વાવાઝોડું આજે 12th June 2019 સાંજે 4 વાગ્યે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના વેરાવળ થી 235 કિમિ દક્ષિણે છે.

તીવ્ર વાવાઝોડું મધ્ય પૂર્વ અરબી સમુદ્ર માં ઉત્તર બાજુ આગળ વધી મજબૂત બની અતિ તીવ્ર વાવાઝોડુ “વાયુ” થયું. JTWC મુજબ આજે સાંજે 04.00 વાગ્યે લોકેશન Lat. 18.7N અને Long. 70.0E  પર કેન્દ્રિત છે. 961 મિલીબાર પ્રેસર છે અને પવનો 90 નોટ ના છે. (165 કિમિ/કલાક 1 મિનિટ ની શરેરાશ મુજબ. IMD પવન ની સ્પીડ 3 મિનિટ ની શરેરાશ પ્રમાણે કહે છે) . આ વાવાઝોડા ના સેન્ટર આસપાસ 8.5 મીટર ના મોજા ઉછળે છે.

It is very likely to move nearly northwards and cross Gujarat coast between Dwarka and Veraval as a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm with wind speed 155-165 kmph gusting to 180 kmph around afternoon of 13th June 2019. After crossing, the system is likely to move along & parallel to Saurashtra & Kutch Coast affecting Amreli, Gir Somnath, Diu, Junagarh, Porbandar, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Devbhoomi Dwarka and Kutch

આ અતિ તીવ્ર વાવાઝોડું “વાયુ” ઉત્તર બાજુ હજુ ચાલશે અને દ્વારકા થી વેરાવળ વચ્ચે અતિ તીવ્ર વાવાઝોડા તરીકે ક્રોસ કરશે જયારે પવન 155-165 કિમિ/કલાકે હશે, ઝટકા ના પવન 180 કિમિ/કલાકે હશે 13 જૂને 2019 ના બપોરના.ક્રોસ કર્યા પછી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર કચ્છ ના કિનારા ની સમાંતર આગળ ચાલશે જેથી અમરેલી, ગીર સોમનાથ, દીવ, જૂનાગઢ, પોરબંદર, રાજકોટ, દેવ ભૂમિ દ્વારકા અને કચ્છ ને અસર કરશે.

Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch 12th To 16th June 2019

The Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “VAYU” is now over Eastcentral Arabian Sea and is expected to track Northerly direction with a slight Western inclination till tomorrow Saurashtra Coast. There is all likely hood of high winds accompanied with extremely high rainfall over many areas of mainly Coastal Districts and adjoining areas of Saurashtra & Kutch during 12th to 16th June. Rainfall quantum will be medium/high for South Gujarat and scattered light/medium for rest of Gujarat.

અતિ તીવ્ર વાવાઝોડું “વાયુ” મધ્ય પૂર્વ અરબી સમુદ્ર ઉપર ઉત્તર બાજુ આગળ વધે છે. આવટી કલ સુધી મુખ્યત્વે ઉત્તર બાજુ ગતિ કરશે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર તરફ જેમાં થોડો પશ્ચિમી ઝોક છે. તારીખ 12 જૂન થી 16 જૂન 2019 સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને કચ્છ માં કથા ના બધા જિલ્લાઓ અને કચ્છ અને લાગુ વિસ્તારો માં ભારે/ અતિ ભારે વરસાદ ની શક્યતા છે. દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત માં મધ્યમ/ભારે વરસાદ ની શક્યતા છે. બાકી ના ગુજરાત ના વિસ્તારો માં છૂટો છવાયા હળવો મધ્યમ વરસાદ ની શક્યતા. વાવાઝોડા અંગે વરસાદ તેમજ પવન ની ગતિ વધારે રહેશે એટલે સાવચેત રહેવું.
