Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch Received Very Good Round Of Rainfall

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં વરસાદ નો સારો રાઉન્ડ આવ્યો

Some weather features from IMD :

The Low Pressure area over Central parts of North Madhya Pradesh and neighborhood has become less marked. However, the Associated Cyclonic Circulation now lies over Northwest Madhya Pradesh and neighborhood and extends between 1.5 & 3.6 km above mean sea level.

The Axis of Monsoon Trough at mean sea level now passes through Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Jhansi, Siddhi, Daltonganj, Burdwan and thence Eastwards to Manipur and extends up to 2.1 km above mean sea level.

The Trough from Gujarat to Jharkhand now runs from South Rajasthan to Northwest Bay of Bengal across the Cyclonic Circulation over Northwest Madhya Pradesh and neighborhood, South Uttar  Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Gangetic West Bengal between 3.1 & 5.8 km above mean sea level tilting Southwards with height.

The Cyclonic Circulation at 7.6 km above mean sea level over Eastcentral Arabian Sea and adjoining Konkan now lies over East Arabian Sea and adjoining South Konkan & Goa.

The Cyclonic Circulation over South Odisha and adjoining North Coastal Andhra Pradesh now lies over Westcentral Bay of Bengal off North Coastal Andhra Pradesh between 5.8 & 7.6 km above mean sea level tilting southwards with height.

A Low Pressure Area is expected to form over the Northeast bay of Bengal around 4th August.

Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: Current conditions

Very good round of rainfall has occurred over most parts of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch during 26th to 31st July 2019. There is yet a shortfall of 30% rain till 1st August 2019 for Saurashtra & Kutch Region, while Gujarat Region has just 11% Deficit till 1st August 2019. Kutch yet has 41% shortfall from normal till 1st August 2019.

Forecast: 1st August to 6th August 2019

Cloudy weather on most days of the forecast period. Wind speeds of 25 to 50 km at some times daily during the forecast period over different areas of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat.

Gujarat Region expected to get further rain during first three days of Forecast period. The Rain coverage and quantum will decrease during the latter parts of Forecast period.

Saurashtra & Kutch expected to get further rain during first three days of the Forecast period. However, the rain coverage and quantum will be less compared to Gujarat Region. However, Coastal Districts of Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar and some areas near Gujarat Region could get more benefit compared to rest of Saurashtra & Kutch.

 

 

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ: તારીખ 1 ઓગસ્ટ થી 6 ઓગસ્ટ 2019

1 ઓગસ્ટ ની 2019 ની સ્થિતિ:

એમ.પી. ઉપર નું લો પ્રેસર નબળું પડ્યું અને આનુસંગિક યુએસી નોર્થ વેસ્ટ એમપી ઉપર હજુ મોજુદ છે જે 1.5 કિમિ થી 3.6 કિમિ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે.

ચોમાસુ ધરી હવે જેસલમેર, ઝાસી , દાળોતગંજ, બર્દવાન અને ત્યાંથી પૂર્વ બાજુ મણિપુર સુધી અને 2.1 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે. એટલે કે ચોમાસુ ધરી નો પૂર્વ છેડો નોર્થ બાજુ ચાલી ગયો.

ગુજરાત થી ઝારખંડ સુધી નો ટ્રફ હવે દક્ષિણ રાજસ્થાન થી નોર્થવેસ્ટ બંગાળ ની ખાદી સુધી છે, વાયા એમપી નું યુએસી, દક્ષિણ યુપી, ઝારખં અને પશ્ચિમ બંગાળ. આ ટ્રફ 3.1 કિમિ થી 5.8 કિમિ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે જે વધતી ઉંચાઈએ દક્ષિણ તરફ ઝુકે છે. પશ્ચિમ છેડો થોડો નોર્થ ગયો કહેવાય અને આવતી કાલે વધુ નોર્થ જશે.

મધ્ય પશ્ચિમ બંગાળ ની ખાડી અને લાગુ આંધ્ર પ્રદેશ કિનારા નજીક યુએસી છે જે 5.8 થી 7.6 કિમિ ની ઉંચાઈ સુધી ફેલાયેલ છે અને વધતી ઉંચાઈએ દક્ષિણ તરફ ઝુકે છે.

એક નવું લો પ્રેસર નોર્થઇસ્ટ બંગાળ ની ખાડી ઉપર 4 ઓગસ્ટ આસપાસ થશે.

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર કચ્છ વિસ્તાર માં 29 જુલાઈ સુધી માં હજુ વરસાદ ની 30% ની ઘટ રહી છે જયારે ગુજરાત વિસ્તાર માં 11% ઘટ રહી છે. એકલા કચ્છ માં હજુ 41% ઘટ છે.

આગાહી: સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ તારીખ 1 ઓગસ્ટ થી 6 ઓગસ્ટ 2019

નોંધ: હું એક અઠવાડિયા થી વધુ ની આગાહી કરતો નથી. Hu LGAKN એટલે હું લાંબા ગાળા ની આગાહી કરતો નથી !

આગાહી ના દિવસો માં અવાર નવાર વાદળ છાયું વાતાવરણ તેમજ બહુ તેઝ પવનો દર રોજ અમુક ટાઈમે વધી ને 25 કિમિ થી 50 કિમિ પ્રતિ કલાક સુધી ફૂંકાશે.

ગુજરાત રિજિયન માં પહેલા ત્રણ દિવસ હજુ વરસાદ ચાલુ રહેવાની શક્યતા છે. વરસાદ ની માત્રા અને વિસ્તાર પાછળ ત્રણ દિવસ માં ઘટશે.

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને કચ્છ માં આગાહી ના પહેલા ત્રણ દિવસ હજુ વરસાદી માહોલ રહેશે. વરસાદ ની માત્રા ગુજરાત રિજિયન થી પ્રમાણ માં ઓછી. તેમ છતાં જૂનાગઢ, ગીર સોમનાથ, અમરેલી, ભાવનગર ના કાંઠા ના વિસ્તારો તેમજ ગુજરાત રિજિયન ને લાગુ વિસ્તારો માં સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને કચ્છ ના બાકી ના વિસ્તારો કરતા વધુ ફાયદો રહેશે.
