Weather Conditions on 20th February 2021
Observations:
The Maximum Temperature has increased to between 33-34 C during last two three days. Currently the normal Maximum Temperature is around 31 C to 32 C and normal would increase to 32 C to 33 C for most centers during the forecast period. The Minimum Temperature is above normal at most places over Gujarat, Saurashtra & Kutch. The current normal Minimum Temperature over most Centers is 14-15 C and the normal Minimum temperature is expected to be 16 C during the forecast period. Minimum today 20th February 2021 & Maximum Temperature on 19th February 2021 was as under:
Rajkot 19.0 C & 34.0 C
Keshod 17.2 C & 34.3 C
Amreli 17.4 C & 32.8 C
Kandla(A) 14.7 C & 33.2 C
Bhuj 18.2 C & 34.2 C
Vadodara 18.6 C & 32.6 C
Ahmedbad 19.2 C & 33.2 C
Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: 21st February to 28th February 2021
The wind direction will vary till 21st February and will be mainly Northerly direction on 22nd & 23rd February. The wind direction is expected change to and will be from Northwest and West during 24th-28th February 2021. The winds speed will be 10-20 km/hour 20th-23rd and 15-25 km/hour during 24th-28th February. Due to westerly winds the morning Humidity will increase from 24th till end of Forecast period.
Foggy conditions expected over many parts of Kutch & Western Saurashtra during 24th to 28th February as under:
24th February: Kutch & limited areas of Western Saurashtra light fog.
25th February: large areas of Kutch & large areas of Western Saurashtra heavy fog.
26th-27th February: Medium areas of Kutch & Medium areas of Western Saurashtra medium fog.
28th February: Limited areas of Kutch & limited areas of Western Saurashtra light fog.
The Maximum Temperature is above normal currently and is expected to be between 33 to 35 C till tomorrow and then gradually increase further to 35-37 C during 22nd to 28th February at many places. The Minimum temperature is expected to be above normal 17 C to 19 C.
