Gujarat Observations:
The Maximum as well as the Minimum Temperature is above normal by 1 C to 4 C over most parts of Gujarat although the Minimum Temperature today was 1 C to 8 C above normal. The winds are from West today and wind speeds are expected to be high.
Minimum Temperature on 12th January 2023 was as under:
Ahmedabad 17.0 C which is 5 C above normal
Rajkot 18.7 C which is 6 C above normal
Deesa 17.8 C which is 8 C above normal
Amreli 17.3 C which is 7 C above normal
Vadodara 14.4 C which is 1 C above normal
Bhuj 17.8 C which is 8 C above normal

From tomorrow the winds will mostly blow from Northerly direction (between Northwest and Northeast) during forecast period for most days. From tomorrow the weather will be mostly clear skies, dry (reduced humidity) during the Forecast period.
Currently, the normal Maximum Temperature for most places is around 28°C To 29°C and normal Minimum Temperature is around 11°C to 13°C, with centers over North Gujarat having normal of 10°C to 11°C. The Minimum as well as the Maximum Temperature is expected to decrease incrementally from tomorrow till 17th January by 3°C to 6°C at most places of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch. Overall the Temperature will be below normal to near normal over the whole State between 13th to 17th January 2023 when the Maximum Temperature range expected is 26°C to 28°C and Minimum Temperature range expected is 9°C to 12°C. Temperature will increase on 18th January and possibility of wind direction change to from Eastern side. The wind will be Northerly direction on 14th January Makar Sankranti day. The wind speed expected to be 10 to 20 km/hour in Rajkot while 10 to 15 km/hour in Ahmadabad.
North India: Hilly regions of North India including Jammu & Kashmir expected to get snowfall today and tomorrow, while plains expected to receive scattered rainfall. Jammu Kashmir also could get a good round of snowfall 19th onwards.

આવતી કાલથી આગાહી સમય માં પવન મુખ્યત્વે ઉત્તરાદો રહેશે (એટલે કે નોર્થવેસ્ટ થી નોર્થઇસ્ટ વચ્ચે થી) તેમજ વાતાવરણ મુખ્યત્વે ચોખ્ખું અને સુકુ (ભેજ ઓછો).
સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં મહત્તમ અને ન્યુનત્તમ તાપમાન માં આવતી કાલથી ઘટાડો ચાલુ થશે જે તારીખ 13 થી 17 જાન્યુઆરી દરમિયાન હાલ ના ન્યુનત્તમ તાપમાન થી 3°C થી 6°C નીચું રહે તેવી શક્યતા. ફરી ઠંડી નો અહેસાસ થશે. મહત્તમ તાપમાન ની રેન્જ 26°C થી 28°C અને ન્યુનત્તમ તાપમાન ની રેન્જ 9°C થી 12°C રહે તેવી શક્યતા છે. તારીખ 18 જાન્યુઆરી ના પવન પૂર્વ બાજુ નો થઇ શકે તેમજ તાપમાન પણ ઉંચકાય તેવી શક્યતા છે. મકર સંક્રાન્ત ના રાજકોટ માં પવન ઉત્તરદો રહેશે અને સ્પીડ 10 થી 20 કિમિ પ્રતિ કલાક તેમજ અમદાવાદ માં 10 થી 15 કિમિ ની સ્પીડ પ્રતિ કલાક.
નોર્થ ઇન્ડિયા: જમ્મુ કાશ્મીર સહીત ના નોર્થ ઇન્ડિયા ના પહાડી વિસ્તારો માં આજે અને કાલે બરફ વર્ષા થશે તેમજ મેદાની વિસ્તારો માં વરસાદ ની શક્યતા છે. આગાહી સમય પછી ના દિવસે પણ જમ્મુ કાશ્મીર બાજુ બરફ વર્ષા નો રાઉન્ડ ચાલુ થશે
