Current Weather Conditions on 2nd March 2023

Gujarat Observations:

The Maximum is around 3°C To 4°C above normal and the Minimum Temperature is about 2C to 4C above normal over most parts of Gujarat State.

Maximum Temperature on 1st March 2023 was as under:

Ahmedabad 37.3C which is 4C above normal

Rajkot  37.3C which is 4C above normal

Amreli 37.2C which is 3C above normal

Bhuj 37.4 C which is 4C above normal

Vadodara 36.0 C which is 4C above normal

Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: 2nd To 9th March 2023

The winds will be mostly blow from Northerly and from 6th onwards at times from North or Northwest. Wind speed of 10-15 km/hour and from 6th March the winds expected to increase to 10 to 20 kms/hour.  The weather will be mainly clear with scattered clouds sometimes during the forecast period.  Chances of isolated showers on a day or two between 4th-8th March over Saurashtra.& Gujarat.

Currently, the normal Maximum Temperature for most places is around 33°C and it would increase to 34°C during the forecast period at most places. Maximum Temperature is expected to increase incrementally by 2°C to 3°C during 3rd to 5th March and also 9th March at most places of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch. Hot weather and if Maximum reaches 40°C it would qualify as Heat Wave Conditions.

 

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ: તારીખ 2 થી 9 માર્ચ 2023

પવન 10 થી 15 કિમિ/કલાક ના મુખ્યત્વે ઉત્તર ના હશે અને 6 તારીખ થી પવન નોર્થ અને નોર્થવેસ્ટ ના તેમજ સ્પીડ 10 થી 20 કિમિ/કલાક ની રહેવાની શક્યતા છે. આગાહી સમય માં ક્યારેક ક્યારેક વાદળ ની શક્યતા છે. તારીખ 4 થી 8 માર્ચ દરમિયાન સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને ગુજરાત માં એક બે દિવસ એકલ દોકલ વિસ્તાર માં છાંટા છૂટી ની શક્યતા છે.

હાલ નોર્મલ મહત્તમ તાપમાન 33°C ગણાય અને આગાહી સમય માં આ નોર્મલ મહત્તમ તાપમાન 34°C થશે. મહત્તમ તાપમાન નોર્મલ થી 3°C થી 4°C વધુ છે. તારીખ 3 થી 5 માર્ચ દરમિયાન તેમજ 9 તારીખ ના મહત્તમ તાપમાન માં 2°C થી 3°C નો વધારો થવાની શક્યતા છે. ટૂંક માં ગરમી વધશે. ઉપરોક્ત તારીખો માં મહત્તમ તાપમાન અમુક ગરમ સેન્ટરો માં 39°C થી 40°C ની રેન્જ માં આવી શકે. જો 40°C ને ટચ થાય તો તે સેન્ટર હિટ વેવ ની વ્યાખ્યા માં આવશે.
