Southwest Monsoon Has Set In Over Whole Gujarat State – Good Rounds Of Rainfall Expected Over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat During 27th June-3rd July 2023 – Update Dated 27th June 2023

સમગ્ર ગુજરાત રાજ્ય માં દક્ષિણ પશ્ચિમ ચોમાસુ બેસી ગયું – સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં સારા વરસાદ ના એક થી વધુ રાઉન્ડ ની શક્યતા 27 જૂન થી 3 જુલાઈ 2023 – અપડેટ

ગુજરાત રાજ્ય ના 154 તાલુકા માં છેલ્લા 24 કલાક દરમિયાન વરસાદ, જે માંથી 84 તાલુકામાં 10 mm અથવા વધુ થયેલ.
24 Hours Descending Rainfall in Gujarat State (Data: SEOC, Gandhinagar) 154 Talukas of State received rainfall. 84 Talukas received 10 mm or more rainfall.

 

Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch: Current Rainfall Status

There is an excess of 166% rain till 27th June 2023 for Saurashtra & Kutch Region and if Kutch is considered separately, Kutch has an excess of 636% from normal, while Gujarat Region has a shortfall of 10% rainfall than normal till 27th June 2023. However, this deficit is misleading, since North Gujarat has a very big excess, while South Gujarat has a very big deficit and Central Gujarat also has a deficit.

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર કચ્છ વિસ્તાર માં 27 જૂન સુધી માં 166% વરસાદ નો વધારો છે અને જો એકલા કચ્છ માટે જોઈએ તો 636% નો વધારો છે, જયારે ગુજરાત વિસ્તાર માં નોર્મલ જે આ તારીખે હોવો જોઈએ તેનાથી 10% વરસાદ ની ઘટ છે. ગુજરાત રિજિયન માં નોર્થ ગુજરાત માં નોર્મલથી અત્યાર સુધી માં વધુ વરસાદ થયેલ છે અને મધ્ય ગુજરાત માં સારી એવી ઘટ છે તેમજ દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત માં અતિ ઘટ છે.

Current Weather Conditions:

The Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into most parts of north Arabian Sea, remaining parts of Gujarat and some more parts of Rajasthan today, the 27th June.
❖ The Northern Limit of Monsoon (NLM) now passes through Lat. 26.0°N/ Long. 55°E, Lat. 26.0°N/Long. 65°E, Lat. 25.0°N/ Long. 70°E, Jodhpur, Sikar, Narnaul, Firozpur and Lat. 32.5°N/ Long. 72.5°E.
❖ Conditions are favorable for further advance of Southwest Monsoon into some more parts of Rajasthan and remaining parts of Haryana and Punjab during next 2 days.

Advance Of Southwest Monsoon Till 27th June 2023

The Low Pressure Area now lies over north Chhattisgarh & neighborhood. It is very likely to move west-northwestwards towards North Madhya Pradesh during next 3 days.

An east-west trough runs from northwest Rajasthan to Northeast Bay of Bengal in lower tropospheric levels

The cyclonic circulation over Arabian Sea and adjoining Gujarat State between 3.1 km above mean sea level persists.

During the forecast period The UAC over  Arabian Sea and another UAC associated with the current Low Pressure will form a trough from Centra/North Arabian Sea to Madhya Pradesh and adjoining areas across Gujarat State. At times there will be an East West shear zone at times a broad circulation too.

The off-shore trough at mean sea level from south Gujarat coast to Kerala coast persists and is expected to be active from South Gujarat to Maharasthra/Karnataka/Kerala on different days of the forecast period.

Above various factors will be conducive for rainfall rounds over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch. 

હાલ ના પરિબળો અને સ્થિતિ:

લો પ્રેસર નોર્થ છત્તીસગઢ અને આસપાસ છે. આ સિસ્ટમ પશ્ચિમ ઉત્તર પશ્ચિમ તરફ નોર્થવેસ્ટ મધ્ય પ્રદેશ તરફ આવતા 3 દિવસ જશે.

925hPa & 850 hPa ઇસ્ટ વેસ્ટ ટ્રફ નોર્થવેસ્ટ રાજસ્થાન થી નોર્થ ઇસ્ટ બંગાળ ની ખાડી તરફ જાય છે.

અરબી સમુદ્ર અને લાગુ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પાસે 3.1 કિમિ ઉંચાઈએ એક યુએસી છે.

આગાહી સમય માં અરબી સમુદ્ર નું યુએસી અને લો ના આનુસંગિક યુએસી વચ્ચે ટ્રફ થશે જે અરબી સમુદ્ર થી એમપી સુધી હશે અને ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પરથી પસાર થશે. ક્યારેક ઇસ્ટ વેસ્ટ શિયર ઝોન તો ક્યારેક બહોળું સર્ક્યુલેશન નું રૂપ ધારણ કરશે.

મોન્સૂન ઑફ-શોર ટ્રફ દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત થી કેરળ ના કિનારા સુધી લંબાય છે. આગાહી સમય માં આ મોન્સૂન ઑફ-શોર ટ્રફ દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત થી કર્ણાટક/કેરળ સુધી અલગ અલગ દિવસે સક્રિય રહેશે.

ઉપરોક્ત કારણોસર સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં વરસાદ ના સંજોગો થયા છે.

 

Forecast For Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch 27th June to 3rd July 2023

Good round of Rainfall expected over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch during the forecast period. Many areas expected to get more than one round of rainfall during the forecast period. Cumulative Rainfall for Centers getting heavy rainfall expected to exceed 200 mm during the forecast period.
Windy conditions can be expected some times during the day over the next 7 days.

આગાહી સમય માં સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ માં સારો વરસાદ નો રાઉન્ડ ની શક્યતા છે. ઘણા વિસ્તારો માં એક થી વધુ રાઉન્ડ વરસાદ ની શક્યતા છે. વધુ વરસાદ વાળા સેન્ટરો માં આગાહી સમય માં કુલ વરસાદ 200 મિમિ થી વધુ ની શક્યતા.
દર રોજ અમુક ટાઈમ પવન નું જોર વધુ રહેવા ની શક્યતા આગામી 7 દિવસ.
