Deep Depression Over Kutch Expected To Strengthen To A Cyclonic Storm As It Enters North East Arabian Sea Today 30th August 2024

કચ્છ પરનું ડીપ ડિપ્રેસન આજે 30મી ઓગસ્ટ 2024 ના નોર્થ ઇસ્ટ અરબી સમુદ્રમાં પ્રવેશતાં ચક્રવાતી તોફાન માં પરિવર્તિત થવાની ધારણા.

Current Weather Conditions:

The deep depression over Saurashtra & Kutch was located at Lat. 23.5N & 68.5E along Kutch Coast and is expected enter Northeast Arabian Sea as it tracks mainly Westwards. It is expected to strengthen to a Cyclonic Storm today. System would be tracking mainly away from India subsequent two days, so its effects will be reduced in 24 hours.

The low pressure area over central and adjoining north Bay of Bengal persisted yesterday. It is likely to move west-northwestwards and become more marked over West Central and adjoining northwest Bay of Bengal today. Thereafter, while moving towards north Andhra Pradesh and adjoining south Odisha coasts, it is likely to intensify into a depression over West Central and adjoining northwest Bay of Bengal during subsequent 2 days.

હાલ ની સ્થિતિ:

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને કચ્છ પર ડીપ ડિપ્રેશન આજે સવારે Lat. 23.5N અને Long. 68.5E કચ્છ દરિયા કાંઠે હતું તે મુખ્યત્વે પશ્ચિમ તરફ ટ્રેક કરે છે એટલે આજે ઉત્તરપૂર્વ અરબી સમુદ્રમાં પ્રવેશવાની ધારણા છે. સિસ્ટમ મજબૂત થઇ ને આજે ચક્રવાતી તોફાનમાં પરિવર્તિત થવાની ધારણા છે. સિસ્ટમ આગામી બે દિવસમાં મુખ્યત્વે ભારતથી દૂર ટ્રેકિંગ કરશે, તેથી તેની અસરો 24 કલાકમાં ઓછી થઈ જશે.

મધ્ય અને નજીકના ઉત્તર બંગાળની ખાડી પર લો પ્રેસર ક્ષેત્ર ગઈકાલે હતું. તે પશ્ચિમ-ઉત્તરપશ્ચિમ તરફ આગળ વધે અને આજે પશ્ચિમ મધ્ય અને તેની નજીકના ઉત્તરપશ્ચિમ બંગાળની ખાડી પર WMLP થવાની સંભાવના છે. ત્યારપછી, ઉત્તર આંધ્ર પ્રદેશ અને તેને અડીને આવેલા દક્ષિણ ઓડિશાના દરિયાકાંઠા તરફ આગળ વધતી વખતે, તે આગામી 2 દિવસ દરમિયાન મધ્ય પશ્ચિમ અને તેની નજીકના ઉત્તર-પશ્ચિમ બંગાળની ખાડી પર ડિપ્રેશનમાં થવાની શક્યતા છે.

Forecast For Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch 30th August To 6th September 2024

Saurashtra, Gujarat and Kutch : The System near Kutch can affect Western Saurashtra & Kutch today and subsequently its effects will be reduced. 

The new Low Pressure System could remain active for many days and is expected to affect Gujarat Regions from 2nd/3rd September for the forecast period. Saurashtra & Kutch will have less rain and coverage compared to Gujarat Region on more days of forecast period. Details will be given around 2nd/3rd September.


આગાહી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ તારીખ 30 ઓગસ્ટ થી 6 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2024

કચ્છની નજીકની સિસ્ટમ મુખ્યત્વે આગામી બે દિવસ પશ્ચિમ તરફ ગતિ કરવાની શક્યતા હોય આજે પશ્ચિમ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને કચ્છને અસર કરી શકે છે અને ત્યારબાદ તેની અસરમાં ઘટાડો થશે.

નવી લો પ્રેશર સિસ્ટમ ઘણા દિવસો સુધી સક્રિય રહી શકે છે અને આગાહીના સમયગાળા માટે તેની અસર 2/3 સપ્ટેમ્બરથી ગુજરાત રિજિયન ને કરે તેવી ધારણા છે. ગુજરાત રિજિયનની સરખામણીએ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને કચ્છમાં ઓછો વરસાદ અને કવરેજ રહેશે આગાહી ના વધુ દિવસો. વિગત 2/3 તારીખ ના આપવામાં આવશે.
