Current Weather Conditions On 23rd November 2017

The Maximum & Minimum Temperature over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch has declined gradually and were near normal to 1 to 2 C below normal during the last few days. One important point to note is that the normal Minimum & Maximum of all the places of Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch has also declined during the last one week. There is a Low Pressure over Andaman Island and neighborhood with associated UAC up to 1.5 km above mean sea level.

Forecast: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch 23rd To 30th November 2017

The Maximum & Minimum Temperature is expected to be below normal or near normal during the forecast period. The winds will be from North/Northeast till 27th November and from Northeast/East during last few days of November. Humidity will be low. Clouding expected from Monday, so Minimum will increase and Maximum could be lower marginally.

The Low Pressure is expected to strengthen by 26th November when it reaches vicinity of Sri Lanka. This System expected to  enter the Arabian Sea basin thereafter and will remain in Arabian Sea during the last days of November. A fresh Western Disturbance is expected around 29th November, so a watch is required on the interaction (if any) of this System with WD.
