JTWC મુજબ મધ્ય પૂર્વ અરબી સમુદ્ર પર નો વૅરી સીવિયર સાયક્લોનિક સ્ટોર્મ ‘TAUKTAE’ નો અત્યાર સુધી નો સિસ્ટમ નો ટ્રેક તેમજ ફોરકાસ્ટ ટ્રેક પવન ની વિગત સહીત 16 મે 2021 ના સવારના 8.30 ની સ્થિતિએ.
IMD/RSMC મુજબ મધ્ય પૂર્વ અરબી સમુદ્ર પર નો વૅરી સીવિયર સાયક્લોનિક સ્ટોર્મ ‘TAUKTAE’ નો અત્યાર સુધી નો સિસ્ટમ નો ટ્રેક તેમજ ફોરકાસ્ટ ટ્રેક (અને ટ્રેક કેટલો ફેર થઇ શકે તેે પટ્ટો ) 16 મે 2021 ના સવારના 5.30 ની સ્થિતિએ
નોંધ: 1 KT પવન એટલે 1.852 કિમિ/કલાક
દાખલા તરીકે 17/12Z 85 KT એટલે 17 તારીખે સાંજે 5.30 વાગ્યે 155 km/કલાક ની સ્પીડ. IMD માં પવન ની સ્પીડ 3 મિનિટ ની શરેરાશ પ્રમાણે હોય છે.

Brief Update:
The Deep Depression over Southeast & adjoining East Central Arabian Sea has tracked mainly Northerly direction and strengthen to a Cyclonic Storm. This System is now over East Central Arabian Sea and has reached a Severe Cyclonic strength (yet to be confirmed by IMD). The winds blowing 85-95 kms/hour and gusting up to 105 kms/hour. The System Center is 250 kms. Southwest from Goa and about 800 kms South of Saurashtra coast. The System expected to track mainly Northerly direction towards Saurashtra Coast till 17th evening when it will be around 100 kms from Saurashtra coast. The Cyclone track has to be monitored closely for any changes for next two days.
There will be moisture incursion from Arabian Sea, Upper Air Instability and also peripheral Clouding associated with the current System will come over Gujarat and so Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch will get thunder activity from 16th May and increase thereafter. Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat Rainfall quantum and wind expected to increase after 17th morning. Areas in the track of the Cyclone will received more than 200 mm rainfall and very high winds.

Diu થી વાવાઝોડું ફક્ત 90km દૂર હતું. તો આ જેમ જેમ નજીક આવે છે એ પ્રમાણે રાજકોટ માં કેમ એની અસર બહુ વર્તાતી નથી? સુ ટ્રેક માં change થયો હસે અથવા તો રાજકોટ માં તેની અસર ક્યારથી વર્તાશે. Imd મુજબ રાજકોટ માં પણ 100km આસપાસ પવન ફૂંકાશે. રાજકોટ માં અત્યારે વાતાવરણ એકદમ શાંત છે.
