The South West Monsoon has withdrawn from Maharashtra. The line of withdrawal now passes over Goa. Yet Goa is expected to receive good rains during the next two days.

There are signs of North East Monsoon setting over Tamilnadu within 24 hours. There will be moderate rains initially with very heavy rains expected around 25th October.

20th October to 24th October: The weather over Saurashtra is expected to remain clear during the forecast period. Maximum Temperatures of 34 to 35 Degrees C. and Minimum Temperature of 20 to 23 degrees C. is expected for Rajkot during the forecast period.

Weather Forecast Rest of India

20th October to 26th October: Heavy rains of 10 Cms. to 15 Cms is expected for Coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the forecast period. Interior Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka will receive 5 Cms to 10 Cms. of rain during the forecast period.

Rest of the areas expected to remain dry.
