Effects of an EL Nino is not clearly understood for Indian Monsoon. Also it depends upon the SST anomaly of various Nino regions. Indian Monsoon is more dependent upon the SST anomal of the Bay of Bengal and the ARabian Sea and the IOD or the Indian Ocean Dipole which is derived from the SST anomaly of these two regions.

what is reason for heavy windy weather this time
Humidity is high for last few days. Morning is cool and afternoon is hot. There is also some atmospheric instability. Normally premonsoon starts over Southern Peninsula and then over Western coast.
