There has been frequent request from readers as to how and where to check for an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation (UAC). UAC to be monitored normally are at 850 mb. & 700 mb. levels. Check the IMD weather charts at both these levels.

UAC માટે 850 hPa(mb) અને 700 hPa (mb) ના વેધર ચાર્ટ જોવા. ઉપર બતાવેલ છે તે 850 hPa નું ચાર્ટ છે. તેમાં એક UAC છે જે શ્રીલંકા ઉપર છે. ત્યાં પવન ઘડિયાળ ના કાંટા થી ઊંધી ડીરેક્સન માં ફૂંકાય છે.

1. As you have mentioned earlier for good monsoon one of the factor is there should be much summer heat during 20 April to 15 May, and also this year good summer heat during this period, so can we say good sign of normal monsoon though it depends on many other factor.
2. IOD also moderate in 2009 ?
