Windy weather conditions started from 22nd and wind intensity has been increasing daily over Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch during last few days. Inland low is a permanent feature of Monsoon. That low is near Barmer, Rajasthan and a belt of low along U.P. and adjoining States.
