The southwest monsoon has further advanced into some parts of North Arabian Sea, south Gujarat region, remaining parts of Konkan, most parts of Madhya Maharashtra, Marathawada, some parts of Vidarbha, south Chhatisgarh, south Odisha, remaining parts of north interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema, entire Telangana, most parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh, remaining parts of central and northeast Bay of Bengal, Sikkim, some parts of northwest Bay of Bengal and West Bengal.
The Northern Limit of Monsoon now passes through Lat 20.5°N/Long. 60.0°E, Lat. 20.5°N/Long. 70.0°E, Valsad, Aurangabad, Chandrapur, Jagdalpur, Kalingapatnam, Lat. 20.0°N/Long. 89.0°E, Krishnanagar and Darjeeling.
Conditions are favorable for further advancement of southwest monsoon into some more parts of north Arabian sea, south Gujarat, remaining parts of Maharashtra, coastal Andhra Pradesh, northwest Bay of Bengal, West Bengal, some more parts of Chhatisgarh, Odisha and some parts of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Bihar during next 3-4 days.

લીલી લીટી છે તે ચોમાસું રેખા છે. આજે દક્ષીણ પશ્ચિમ ચોમાસું માં વલસાડ સુધી બેસી ગયું. આવતા 2-3 દિવસ માં દક્ષીણ ગુંજરત અને સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના વિસ્તારો ચોમાસું બેસે તેવી સંભાવના છે.
સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના ઘણા વિસ્તાર માં વરસાદ છે પણ ચોમાસું ડિક્લેર કરવાની મૂન્સુફી હવામાન ખાતા પાસે છે. આજે ચોમાસાની ઉત્તરી રેખા સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના કાંઠા ના વિસ્તાર થી ફક્ત 40 થી 50 કિમી છે.
સામાન્ય રીતે ચોમાસું કઈ તારીખે ક્યાં પોંચે તે પણ દર્શાવેલ છે

hadiyana gam balachadi ni bajuma 6e . savare dariya upar vaddoni line (meghmala) dhekhay yare bapor pachhi varsad avvani sakyata vadhu hoy ye evu ahina vadilo kahe 6e .to sir e sachu? tenu karan su?
sir. have thari to ghasi ghasi ne lui nakhi. have sarathiya pirse e vat chhe.. ane kadach avuto nai bane ne ke bija sari sari itamo jami le ane chhelle ame je thariyu luta hata tene bhage dal bhat j vadhe??

Sir, many parts of saurashtra getting good rain. Than why jamnagar is not getting rain at all? Even last year during the whole monsoon season jamnagar has not received any significant rain. Is there any atmosphere or geographical obstacles? Pls answer because it is a big question mark for the living beings of jamnagar. Thank u
