Saurashtra as well as most parts of Gujarat & Kutch have been waiting for meaningful rainfall for last seven days. The rainfall over whole Gujarat including Saurashtra, Kutch, North Gujarat, East Central Gujarat and South Gujarat has been given up to 1st September 2013.

The Barometric Pressure over Saurashtra & Gujarat has increased during last few days. The Barometric Pressure at Rajkot on 1st September ranged from 1006.6 Mb. to 1009.2 Mb.

Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat:

No meaningful rainfall expected during the forecast period and the wait for good rainfall will continue during this period. Light scattered showers possible over parts of Saurashtra and light to medium scattered showers expected for some parts of South Gujarat during the forecast period. There will be periods of sunshine and partly cloudy conditions.
