Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "SIDR" In The Bay Of Bengal
Status as of 15th November 2007 @ 4.00 pm.

URGENT ATTENTION: "SIDR" is expected to cause extensive destructions in its path and urgent attention is required from India and Bangla Desh Government to try to avert human losses by wide Media coverage.

Very Severe Cyclonic Storm SIDR in the Bay of Bengal located about 270 Kms south of Kolkatta at 20.3 N & 89.3 E. with 250 Kms/hour one minute ave. wind speed and 300 kms/hour gusts and 922 mb pressure. Currently the Cyclone is moving in a Northwards direction at 20 Kms per hour.

Distance to Landfall: 200 Kms.
Landfall expected along the Coastline bordering West Bengal (India) – Bangala Desh. Wave heights 20 to 25 Feets above normal expected on Landfall
