Very Severe Tropical Cyclone "SIDR" In The Bay Of Bengal
Status as of 13th November 2007 @ 1.30 pm.

JTWC: Severe Tropical Cyclone 06.SIDR in the Bay of Bengal has intensified further to a Very Severe Tropical Cyclone SIDR located about 330 Kms. West North West of Port Blair at 12.5 N & 89.8 E. with 115 knots winds (one minute average speed) and 937 mb. central pressure. Currently the Cyclone is moving in a North North Westwards direction at 7 Kms per hour. The waves are of 25 feets.

RSMC New Delhi (IMD): BOB/2007/13 dated 13-11-2007 8.30 IST the Very Severe Tropical Cyclone SIDR is located at 12 N & 89.5 E with 165 to 185 Kms/hour ( 3 minute average wind spped) and central pressure of 968 mb.
