The Temperature has again risen over Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat to become near normal over most parts of Gujarat. The normal Maximum Temperature for Rajkot is now 40.0 C. and that for Ahmedabad is 41.0 C. since we are now nearing the peak heating month of May. The Maximum at Rajkot was 39.6 C. yesterday while it was 40.7 C on Wednesday and 41.3 C on Thursday. Similarly Ahmedabad the Maximum temperature yesterday was 40.0 C while it was 40.0 C on Wednesday and 40.2 C. on Thursday.
It had been forecast on 17th April morning that Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat would receive unseasonal rain from 18th to 22nd April everyday during the forecast period. However, the unseasonal rain started on the same day 17th April and the unseasonal rain continued on a daily basis for the remaining forecast period up to 22nd April. The Maximum Temperature is expected to be near normal for most parts of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat. The Maximum Temperature at Rajkot will hover around 40.0 C. plus or minus 1 C. and Ahmedabad will be around 41.0 C. The winds will be mainly from Northwest and West and it is expected to be more windy tomorrow. The morning humidity is expected to increase on Monday with a marginal decrease in temperature.
