Bay Of Bengal Deep Depression Under Weakening Trend

The Deep Depression over the Bay Of Bengal has tracked West and then Southwest and was located at 15.2N & 86.7E about 450 Kms. Southeast of North Andhra Coast.

JTWC has this System as 03B.THREE and is put at 30 knots and 1000 Mb. Pressure today the 19th November at 0000 UTC  compared to 35 knots and 996 Mb Pressure yesterday.

UW-CIMMS is also showing a weakening trend as is evident from the Intensity graph.

IMD has also given an indication of Deep Depression not gaining further strength as per their  Bulletin No. 8 issued at 02.30 am. IST of 19th November pertaining to conditions of 18th November 11.30 pm. IST. They further say  that the system would move slowly West-Southwestwards towards South Andhra Pradesh and North Tamil Nadu coasts and weaken gradually during next 48 hrs.
