Heat Wave Alert: Saurashtra, Gujarat & Kutch Expected To Sizzle at 42°C-45°C During 6th-9th April 2025

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, ગુજરાત અને કચ્છ તપશે – હિટ વેવ અલર્ટ: એપ્રિલ 6-9 દરમિયાન મહત્તમ તાપમાન રેન્જ 42°C-45°C ની શક્યતા

 

Current Weather Conditions on 3rd April 2025

Gujarat Observations:
The Maximum Temperature is 2°C to 3°C above normal over various parts of Gujarat State. Porbandar had Heatwave conditions with Maximum Temperature 6.5°C above normal.

Maximum Temperature on 2nd April is as under:

Ahmedabad 40.5°C which is 2°C above normal

Bhuj  41.4°C which is 3°C above normal

Rajkot  42.1°C which is 3°C above normal

Deesa 41.3°C which is 3°C above normal

Porbandar 40.6°C which is 6.5°C above normal

 

Weather Forecast Saurashtra, Gujarat, & Kutch 3rd To 10th April 2025

• • Wind Patterns:

    • Winds will predominantly blow from the Westerly direction, and at times from Northwest.
    • 3rd-4th April: Wind speeds are expected to range between 10–18 km/h during the forecast period.
    • 5th-10th April: Wind speeds are expected to range between 12–25 km/h during the forecast period with gusts up to 35 km/h.

    Sky Conditions:

    • Mainly clear sky on most days.

  • Temperature Trends:

    • Current Normal: Maximum temperatures across most of Gujarat is 39°C. Deesa 38°C and Amreli 39,5°C.
    • 3rd-5th April: Maximum temperatures expected in the range 40°C to 43.0°C.
    • 6th-9th April: Maximum temperatures are expected to increase further and will be in the range 42°C to 45°C. Heat Wave conditions expected in pockets of Saurashtra, Kutch & Gujarat.
    • 10th April: Expect Marginal decrease in Maximum temperatures.

પવનની દિશા: પવન મુખ્યત્વે પશ્ચિમ દિશાથી ફૂંકાશે, અને ક્યારેક ઉત્તર પશ્ચિમ દિશાથી પણ ફૂંકાય શકે.

3-4 એપ્રિલ: પવનની ગતિ અંદાજે 10-18 કિ.મી./કલાક રહેવાની શક્યતા.

5-10 એપ્રિલ: પવનની ગતિ 12-25 કિ.મી./કલાક સુધી પહોંચી શકે છે, અને કેટલાક સમયે 35 કિ.મી./કલાક સુધીના ઝાટકા ના પવનો આવી શકે.

આકાશી પરિસ્થિતિ: મોટાભાગના દિવસો દરમિયાન આકાશ મુખ્યત્વે સ્વચ્છ રહેશે.

તાપમાન:
નોર્મલ મહત્તમ તાપમાન: ગુજરાતના મોટાભાગના વિસ્તારો માટે નોર્મલ મહત્તમ તાપમાન 39°C, ડિસા માટે 38°C, અને અમરેલીમાં માટે 39.5°C ગણાય.

3-5 એપ્રિલ: મહત્તમ તાપમાન 40°C થી 43°C ની વચ્ચે રહેવાની શક્યતા.

6-9 એપ્રિલ: તાપમાન વધુ વધવાની શક્યતા છે, જે 42°C થી 45°C ની રેન્જમાં રહેશે. સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ અને ગુજરાતના કેટલાક વિસ્તારોમાં હીટ વેવ પરિસ્થિતિ રહેવાની શક્યતા.

10 એપ્રિલ: મહત્તમ તાપમાનમાં આંશિક ઘટાડો થવાની સંભાવના.
